How does it work in game?
StarkNet™ operates as the game's catch all internet hub for one on one, or group interaction. If you can do it with your smart phone, you can do it with StarkNet™. This means you can make calls, text, video chat, start a blog, post on Instagram, Facebook etc,. If you're unsure of a potential use for StarkNet™ please ask.

Can anyone use it?
Yes! So long as they have a Stark Phone™. For the Average Joe that's a cost about equivalent to a new iPhone, however, it means NEVER paying for internet AGAIN! They are being given out by charities to those in particular need, inner city youth, orphans in developing nations, etc,. StarkNet™ cannot be accessed through any other device due to the internet companies wanting to make money and throwing everything in the book at Stark Industries™ to shut this down.

Can I be anonymous?
Yes, is the same way you currently can online/on your phone. There is nothing stopping your characters from mis-dialing, from blocking their numbers, for from setting up fake Facebook accounts to taunt their foes.
